A new trailer for the game gives us a lot of information: a first look at actual gameplay, what we can expect from the Quest 3 graphics, and a fall release window.

The trailer also gives us our first look at the actual gameplay, which looks decidedly on-brand both mechanically and thematically compared to other Batman games. Arkham Games.
We can see Batman's grappling launcher being used cleverly as a tool for both engaging enemies from a distance (dragging them in for a fight) and for movement. It also features many classic Arkham Gameplay features such as sliding, stealth, avoiding combat and 'detective vision'.
The small print on the trailer reads “Caught in-engine. Actual gameplay may vary.” This likely means that the footage was actually captured from a PC development build. However, knowing that this game is a Quest 3 exclusive and unlikely to ever release on PC, it's fair to assume that the trailer represents the graphical bar the studio is aiming for when working on the Quest 3.
If that's the case, the game looks pretty impressive visually compared to your average Quest game, and hopefully it'll be a great example of what the Quest 3 can achieve when pushed to its limits.
