AUKUS needs more than submarines to make its bold vision a reality

The trilateral AUKUS security partnership is aimed at China, even if it is not publicly disclosed. But as Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States observe the three-year mark of the agreement on September 15, the public still has limited knowledge of its purpose.
