The words of caution came Tuesday at a Technology Policy Institute forum in Aspen, Colorado, where American tech policymakers gathered to discuss how tech regulations could be affected depending on the Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump, or his Democratic counterpart, Vice President Kemal Kemal.
