Cisco updated webex The networking app will include even more comprehensive support for meetings in Vision Pro, which now combines the app with spatial video streaming hardware.
Cisco launched webex Released in Vision Pro in February, it enables most of what you'd expect from the Vision Pro version of the cross-platform video chat app, allowing users to webex Do things like place 2D chat windows in mixed reality environments using Persona avatars.
Now the company has gone a step further with the launch of Cisco Spatial Meetings for Vision Pro, which allows users to stream stereoscopic video with the help of Cisco's Room Bar Pro. It essentially spatializes non-flat screen participants for the benefit of Vision Pro users.
Cisco's new webex spatial meeting update has implications that include things like product demos, distance learning, training, essentially anything beyond the relatively simpler face-to-face conversations that are enhanced by the added depth perception of viewing objects and environments in three dimensions.

I believe this combination of Cisco Spatial Meetings and Apple Vision Pro will lead to unprecedented levels of creativity, productivity and innovation,” said Jeetu Patel, Cisco's Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer.
Additionally Cisco updated webex Vision Pro's inclusion of AI Assistant allows users to increase productivity with AI-enhanced capabilities to track meetings, get summaries, writing assistance and more.
Providing more comprehensive support to Vision Pro users is another step in the company's 'Zero Distance' initiative, which Cisco launched last year to shorten the distance between users by using video and AI to make meetings more immersive.
