NEW DELHI — Already strained relations between India and Canada took another hit on Monday as the two countries expelled each other's top diplomats.
Earlier in the day, India's foreign ministry said it had received diplomatic information from Canada that New Delhi's high commissioner and other diplomats were “persons of interest” in a matter related to an investigation in that country.
