“Indonesia is committed to being part of the global solution by defending the interests of the Global South,” Jokowi said on Monday at the three-day Indonesia-Africa Forum (IAF) that started on Sunday. Citing geopolitical tensions and the disruption of global supply chains, he warned, “International solidarity is actually waning, the spirit of multilateralism is being sidelined, and fragmentation is widening.”
