Japan scallop prices rebound as exports expand beyond China

TOKYO — Prices of fish meat from Japan are rebounding from a slump caused by a nearly year-old Chinese ban as efforts to boost domestic consumption as well as exports to markets such as North America and Southeast Asia rise.
