Japanese frozen food company to make sake ice cream in Taiwan

TOKYO — Frozen food technology consultant Edamame will soon begin producing its own ice cream overseas.

The Tokyo-based company has set up its first overseas unit in Taiwan and is likely to start production there later this year. He plans to turn the new company into an exporter of sake ice cream called Sakeice around Asia.
