TOKYO — Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party is unlikely to win a single majority in lower house general elections on Oct. 27, a new Nikkei poll shows, setting the stage for political turmoil not seen since the LDP lost in 2009. control now goes to the disbanded Democratic Party.
