VIENTIANE — ASEAN leaders agreed Wednesday on Thailand's proposal to hold an “ASEAN informal consultation” in Bangkok in December to restore peace to Myanmar.
Thai Foreign Ministry spokesman Nikorndej Balankura said the meeting will be limited to only 10 ASEAN members.
