BANGKOK — Thai hospitality group Dusit International plans to list its food business in the next 18 months to fund further expansion of an increasingly profitable subsidiary that has been key to the company's continued growth.
“We will be ready to launch an initial public offering by 2025 or early 2026,” group chief executive Suphajee Suthumpun told Nikkei Asia.
