Sam Korsmoe is an American writer who has lived and worked in Vietnam for nearly 20 years and is the co-author of Vietnam: Asia's Rising Star. With Sam Van, he is working on his fourth book, a series of profiles of Vietnamese and foreign entrepreneurs who succeeded from the Doi Moi (economic prosperity) policies of the late 1980s.
